Tasting Notes: Fuji Apple, Nectarine, Honey, Cinnamon
Profile: Clean, sweet, and beautifully balanced with a warm spice finish

From the lush highlands of Northern Peru comes a coffee that’s as vibrant as the land it’s grown on. Our Peru CECANOR is a certified organic, Fair Trade, and regenerative single-origin coffee cultivated by over 160 smallholder farmers across Cajamarca, Amazonas, and Lambayeque. Grown at elevations between 1300 and 2250 meters, this fully washed lot delivers a clean and fruit-forward cup with crisp Fuji apple acidity, juicy nectarine sweetness, golden honey notes, and a touch of cinnamon spice on the finish.

These beans are hand-picked at peak ripeness and meticulously processed on small farm micro-mills, ensuring full traceability and a bright, consistent flavor. Grown on just a few acres per farmer—often alongside bananas, beans, and shade trees—this coffee reflects the deep cultural connection between the producers and their land.

Behind each bean is the strength of the CECANOR cooperative, which invests in road improvements, local storage, farmer education, and sustainability programs. Their partnership with exporter PROASSA helps preserve quality and integrity from farm to roaster.
